Inbound Customer Service Representative

Providing essential support for government-based programs, the full-time Inbound Customer Service Representative will manage inbound customer interactions, ensuring timely and accurate assistance while working remotely. Key responsibilities Answer inbound calls to deliver a positive, solution-oriented customer experience Assist with basic technical troubleshooting and initiate support tickets as necessary Document all customer interactions accurately and conduct follow-up calls to ensure issue resolution Required qualifications High school diploma or GED required; additional education preferred Prior customer service experience, particularly in call-driven environments Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently Comfortable working in a remote environment with minimal supervision Ability to successfully complete an extensive credentialing and background check process
