Location: Modesto, CA 95355
Contract: 18 Weeks 

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM | 40 hrs/week
Pay:  

Local: $70/hr 

Travel: $3,406/week

Setting: Pediatric Outpatient Medical Therapy Unit (MTU) serving children and young adults from birth to age 21.

Licensure Requirements: Active California Physical Therapist (PT) license required and current BLS certification. Pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities: Perform PT evaluations and treatments, develop and adjust treatment plans, monitor progress, complete documentation, participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary conferences, evaluate adaptive/DME equipment needs, and provide caregiver education.

Caseload: Approximately 6 patients per day.
