Housekeeper

About the Opportunity Our senior living community is currently seeking a Housekeeper to join our team of dedicated professionals who want to make a difference in the lives of our residents, their families and our community. Ensure efficient, timely and friendly service to all residents, staff and guests. Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning tasks for resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, offices, wellness areas, and other designated areas as assigned. Maintain community and regulatory standards for cleanliness and infection control. Critical Success Factors Exhibits a positive customer service attitude as demonstrated by being approachable, friendly, and willing to assist others. Must be adaptable and flexible in response to changing resident needs. Respects residents’ rights. Displays personal initiative to complete work without constant supervision. Demonstrates reliable work attendance and consistent completion of job duties. Addresses work-related problems with the proper individuals. Communicates resident concerns to management in a timely manner. Maintains confidentiality of both resident and staff information. Must present with a neat, clean appearance.
