We are seeking an experienced leaders for Intelligent Infrastructure Services Advisory to lead large-scale technology transformation initiatives for complex, global organizations. This role blends deep infrastructure engineering expertise with strong advisory, program leadership, and executive-level client engagement. You will serve as a trusted advisor to CIOs, CTOs, and senior technology leaders, helping them modernize, optimize, and future-proof their infrastructure across on-premises, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise senior client executives on infrastructure strategy, operating models, and technology transformation roadmapsLead complex infrastructure engineering programs, including cloud migration, data center transformation, resiliency/DR, and infrastructure modernizationTranslate business objectives into actionable infrastructure architectures and delivery plansProvide thought leadership on emerging infrastructure trends (cloud, automation, resilience, cost optimization, AIOps)Design and oversee end-to-end infrastructure engineering solutions across compute, storage, network, platform, and service managementOwn delivery excellence, risk management, financial performance, and client satisfaction for large engagementsSupport business development through solution shaping, executive workshops, and proposal leadershipCore Technical & Advisory Skills:Intelligent Infrastructure Services & ArchitectureCompute, storage, network, virtualization, and platform servicesHybrid and multi-cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP preferred)Resiliency, high availability, backup, and disaster recoveryTransformation & AdvisoryInfrastructure strategy and roadmap developmentCloud adoption frameworks and migration factory modelsOperating model and organizational designCost optimization, FinOps, and infrastructure rationalizationEngineering ExcellenceInfrastructure as Code (IaC) and automationDevOps, SRE, and modern infrastructure delivery practicesTooling for observability, monitoring, and operational analyticsLeadership & CommunicationExecutive-level communication and storytellingProgram and portfolio governanceStakeholder management across business and technology leadersTeam leadership, coaching, and talent developmentTravel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.Required Background & ExperienceMinimum 15 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, infrastructure engineering, or technology consultingMinimum 8 years in a leadership role delivering large-scale infrastructure or cloud programsBachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
