We prefer NYC-based candidates or those open to relocation.Role OverviewPermitFlow is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to be the dedicated analytics partner for our Customer Success and Operations teams - the teams that deliver permits to our customers every day. Your work will shape how leadership runs and scales these orgs. You'll partner with Operations Leaders, CSMs, and Analytics Engineers to turn open-ended questions into the reports, metrics, and dashboards the company runs on.What You'll Do• Own analytics for Customer Success and Operations. Collaborate closely with senior leaders to understand their roadmaps, identify areas of opportunity, and help define and measure success. Your analyses will directly shape how we drive retention, speed up permit turnaround, and scale these teams.• Deliver tangible impact. Triage incoming requests for new data, charts, and metrics, push back on low-value asks, and focus analytics effort where it moves the business most.• Build to answer the next hundred questions. Turn recurring requests into dashboards that power self-serve analytics. Work with Analytics Engineering to write dbt models when the data isn't easily available, and own the documentation to make it easy to find in the future.• Be the translator.
