Santa Rosa Medical Center is actively seeking a Full-Time Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Hospitalist Physician (MD or DO) to join its dedicated Hospital Medicine team in Milton, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced physician to practice in a well-supported inpatient environment featuring a highly structured team model and strong clinical collaboration.

Position HighlightsRole & Status: Full-Time, hospital-employed Physician Hospitalist.

Day Team Coverage: 2 Physicians and 1 Advanced Practice Provider (APP).
Night Coverage: Fully dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) coverage, minimizing overnight demands on the day team.
