We are searching for a talented Medication History Tech.
Hours: 40hrs
Shift: Evening shift, primarily 3:30pm - 12:00am, sometimes 11:00am - 7:30pm with weekend and holiday rotation
Location: Charlton Memorial Hospital - Fall River, MA

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

Responsibilities
Under the direction of a pharmacist, the medication history tech performs pharmacy-related functions, in compliance with department policies and procedures that provide optimal pharmaceutical care.
Qualifications
- High school graduate or the equivalent is required.
- Additional clinical course work or training is preferred.
- Massachusetts state registration as a pharmacy technician is required.
- One year of related work experience is required; three years is preferred.
- National pharmacy technician certification (CPhT or ExCPT) is required.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
Pay Range
USD $19.18 - USD $28.82 /Hr.
Rotation Schedule Requirement
Every third weekend
