Production Manager

Our client is seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations and support production teams in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys being on the production floor, coaching employees, solving problems, and driving continuous improvement.
Location: Haverhill, MA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-6:00 PM
Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience
Responsibilities
- Lead production teams to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals
- Coach, mentor, and develop employees
- Monitor production processes and resolve operational issues
- Partner with maintenance and operations teams to improve efficiency
- Support staffing, scheduling, and communication across shifts
- Maintain a safe and positive work environment
Qualifications
- Production leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong people management and coaching skills
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a required
Preferred Experience
- Packaging, printing, converting, or related manufacturing environments
- Experience leading teams through growth and operational change
