Junior Litigation Associate


Growing litigation practice is seeking a Junior Litigation Associate with 0-2 years of experience to join its team. This position is designed for an early-career attorney who is eager to develop strong litigation and courtroom skills while working closely with experienced trial attorneys.


Unlike heavily client-facing roles, this opportunity focuses on hands-on litigation training, substantive legal work, and courtroom exposure from the start.


Responsibilities

• Assist with all phases of litigation matters
  
  
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
  
  
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
  
  
• Attend hearings, depositions, and court proceedings
  
  
• Support trial preparation and litigation strategy development
  
  

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of litigation experience
  
  
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
  
  
• Interest in developing courtroom and trial experience
  
  
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  
  
• Licensed or awaiting bar results in applicable jurisdiction preferred
