Industrial Maintenance Technician (1st Shift)

Pay / Shift: 1st shift: M-F and occasionally Saturdays 7AM – 3:30 PM

Pay - $27 - $34 depending on experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with welding and fabrication is a plus.
• Familiarity with PLC basics and industrial control systems is preferred.
• Experience working in a non-climate-controlled, dusty industrial environment.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with production and maintenance teams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate maintenance documentation.

Work Environment

This position is based in a non-climate-controlled shop environment that can be dusty and dirty, typical of heavy industrial and manufacturing operations. The role follows a 1st shift schedule, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with occasional Saturday work as needed. You will work around industrial machinery, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and electrically controlled equipment, using standard maintenance tools and diagnostic equipment. The environment requires adherence to safety procedures and appropriate work attire and personal protective equipment suitable for an industrial shop setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Daytona Beach, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $34.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
