In this pivotal role, you will manage transformative projects that support energy generation, operational efficiency, and facility modernization efforts across a variety of industries. This is an opportunity to guide major facility initiatives, support strategic investments, and help organizations navigate an evolving energy landscape while delivering meaningful results that extend well beyond project completion.What You'll Do:Manage all aspects of project delivery, including scope, budget, schedule, and client relationships, while thoroughly understanding project risks and financial measuresServe as a "seller/doer," developing work with specific clients and leading marketing plan development for target market areasLead and mentor other project managers, setting vision and strategy, and supporting professional growth across the teamPrepare proposals, project plans, extra work authorizations, and project closeout documentsTrack and oversee multiple projects, ensuring quality control and compliance with company standardsPlay a key role in client contract interpretation and relationship management, ensuring all client needs are metWhat You Bring:Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering required; Master's degree preferredMinimum of 10 years of professional experience, including 8 years of project management experience requiredProfessional Engineer (PE) license requiredExpert knowledge of the respective engineering discipline with a proven ability to apply best practicesAdvanced proficiency with engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.) as well as Microsoft OfficeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong understanding of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering lawsKnowledge of MS Project, Primavera P6, and Deltek Vision preferredProven ability to lead teams, manage client relationships, and oversee project accounting processesExperience preparing proposals and project documentation as well as interpreting client contractsParticipation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferredAbility to travel as neededWhy You'll Love It Here:Guide high-visibility initiatives that improve energy performance, strengthen system reliability, and help clients meet critical operational and business objectivesDeliver complex projects from concept through completion, partnering with multidisciplinary teams to solve technical challenges across power, industrial, and advanced technology environmentsShape project success at every stage by driving strategy, managing scope and risk, and delivering innovative solutions that create lasting value for clientsSalary Range: $150,000 - $165,000Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.Culture/EEO Statement:At CHA, we work every day to create solutions, help people, and improve our world, committed to creating and fostering excellence in our diverse and highly talented teams.
