Custodian Tech

Overview The Custodian Technician plays a key role in maintaining clean and professional office environments across our retail branches. This is a hands‑on, service‑oriented position focused primarily on independent routine cleanings while supporting a team‑focused environment. Responsibilities Clean, stock, and maintain assigned facility areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and cleaning ceiling vents. Respond to service requests and prioritize work order response & close out work orders upon completion with minimal callbacks. Communicate in a pleasant and professional manner with internal and external customers. Wear a company‑provided uniform and maintain a professional appearance while on duty. Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment. Vehicle maintenance as required. Qualifications One or more years of experience preferred. Demonstrate customer service skills & service‑oriented mindset. Competent use of iPad & iPhone. Ability to plan and prioritize workload and ability to work independently. Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more. Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials High School Degree or Equivalent. Valid Driver’s License, required. Hours and Work Schedule Hours per Week: 40, overtime available. Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 5:30am – 2:00pm. Pay Transparency The salary range for this position is $22–24 per hour. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
