Associate - Corporate Functions, End User Support Specialist

Provide exceptional support to users of the Learning Management System (LMS), One Learn, and related learning technologies Assist learners across the organization with questions related to learning platforms and experiences Provide creative problem-solving, technical support, and troubleshooting for technical issues within learning technologies Research issues and provide solutions Interface with learners through multiple support channels, including Slack and ServiceNow Maintain a question-and-answer dataset for an automated bot Provide reports to system administrators and leadership on trends and satisfaction Identify trends, uncover root causes, and drive proactive, scalable improvements and efficiencies through automation and other solutions Collaborate in a highly cross-functional environment Requirements Bachelors Degree At least 1 year of experience in LMS administration OR Client Consulting OR End User Support At least 1 year of LMS Administration experience for a corporate organization with over 15,000 learners Experience with Docebo LMS or other LMS platform Experience with Google Suite, Slack, ServiceNow, and Zoom Familiarity with learning content operations and lifecycle management (e.g., content publishing, retirement, metadata, or quality standards) Strong written and verbal communications Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Learning Management System (LMS) administration, particularly with Docebo LMS, and excels in providing user support and troubleshooting for learning technologies.
