In this role, you'll manage a caseload of approximately 60 students, providing assessment, intervention, and support for a diverse range of speech and language needs. Collaboration is essential, as you'll work closely with educational teams, families, and the Coordinator of Evaluations, who will lead the interview process. Flexibility to travel among different school sites is essential to ensure all students receive comprehensive services.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current SLP-CCC and eligible for state licensure.
• Prior experience in the school setting strongly preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently across multiple locations.
• Strong organizational and collaborative skills.
• Comfortable conducting evaluations, developing IEPs, and supporting students across K-12.
• Adaptable and proactive communication style.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders within a school caseload.
• Write and maintain evaluation reports, IEPs, and necessary documentation.
• Communicate regularly with staff and parents regarding student progress.
• Collaborate with the Coordinator of Evaluations and interdisciplinary teams.
• Provide therapy sessions in accordance with students’ IEPs across various school locations.
