Discharge Nurse (RN) - Behavioral Health Setting Location: Conway, South Carolina. Shift: Monday‑Friday 9 am‑5 pm. Full time. Responsibilities The Discharge Nurse provides professional nursing care consistent with Lighthouse Behavioral Health System’s philosophy and objectives. Is accountable for assigned nursing care activities on a shift basis and promotes and enhances professional nursing practice coordinated by the Director of Nursing and Director of Clinical Services. Assists in the discharge flow process on all units, walking patients through the discharge process including paperwork, financial paperwork, follow‑up care, appointments and related tasks. Current license in good standing in the State of South Carolina as a registered nurse. Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred. CPI certification preferred.
