Position: Office Manager

Location: D4C Dental Brands - Pediatric Dental Office

Work Schedule:

• Monday and Thursday: 9:15 AM - 6:30 PM
• Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Compensation: Annual Salary with Bonus

Job Summary: D4C Dental Brands is seeking a dynamic and experienced Office Manager for our pediatric dental office. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and English, have a strong background in dental office management (preferably in pediatrics), and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth office operations, managing a team of over 10 staff members, and providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the pediatric dental office.
• Manage and lead a team of over 10 staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and patient care.
• Coordinate staff schedules, assignments, and training.
• Handle administrative tasks such as billing, inventory management, and patient records.
• Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for patient and staff inquiries and concerns.
• Facilitate communication between dental professionals, staff, and patients.
• Monitor and manage office budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
• Drive office growth and efficiency through strategic planning and problem-solving.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
• Proven managerial experience in a dental office, with a preference for pediatric dentistry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
