Marketing Manager for Fitness & Wellness App

Location: Remote (United States), with the ability to attend meetings, shoots, and events in person within the US when required.

WeRise is looking for a talented, hands-on Marketing Manager to own the brand, content, and customer marketing that will power its next stage of growth.

\n

\n

Founded by fitness visionary Senada Greca , WeRise is a rapidly growing fitness and personal growth platform built for women, bringing together strength training, mindset, nutrition, and practical tools for everyday life.

\n

\n

The scope of this role is deliberately broad. You will lead the marketing strategy across owned

\n

channels, from the app and website to email, push and social, while also briefing and shaping

\n

the content that drives acquisition, engagement and retention.

\n

\n

We are looking for someone who can:

\n

• Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy alongside the founders and commercial team.
\n
• Own the monthly marketing plan across the website, App Store listings, email, push notifications, and social media.
\n
• Shape content strategy and oversee the creation and distribution of engaging content across WeRise’s platforms.
\n
• Lead customer marketing initiatives that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
\n
• Develop campaign activations that grow WeRise’s audience and support new launches.
\n
• Analyze marketing performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion across key customer touchpoints and funnels.
\n
• Oversee campaign and content shoots, coordinating internal teams and external vendors.
\n
• Manage activations with WeRise’s roster of subject matter experts and support outreach to new experts and trainers.
\n
• Personally step into the work whenever needed.
\n

You will work closely with the founders, product team, and commercial team to translate WeRise’s brand and growth plans into a coordinated marketing calendar and consistently strong execution.

\n

\n

The ideal candidate is a strategic but highly hands-on marketer who thrives in fast-growing, consumer-facing digital businesses. You should be comfortable moving between high-level planning and day-to-day execution, working independently, and taking full ownership of delivery.

\n

\n

You should bring at least 3 years of marketing and consumer brand experience, with a strong understanding of content, social media, trends, marketing performance, and the formats that drive traffic and engagement.

\n

\n

Experience with digital content businesses, mobile apps, fitness or wellness brands, subscription products, content-led brands, or creator-led businesses would be especially valuable. Experience working with creators and influencers and understanding the power of their audiences is also highly relevant.

\n

\n
