What You'll Do

• Operate CT scanners and radiography equipment to produce high-quality images.
• Position patients accurately for diverse imaging procedures, including CT and general radiography.
• Adjust protocols and equipment settings to meet patient needs and meet diagnostic standards.
• Critique completed procedures for quality assurance and maintain a low repeat rate.
• Assist radiologists during invasive procedures such as biopsies or drainages.
• Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures and ensure comfort.
• Maintain patient safety protocols and positive identification practices.
• Keep abreast of new procedures and imaging techniques relevant to diagnostic imaging.

What You Need

• Valid state license and certifications as required for radiologic technology.
• Experience in CT and general radiography preferred.
• Knowledge of imaging terminology, protocols, and equipment setup.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
