Procurement Operations Specialist
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support a leading AI technology company, the remote Procurement Operations Specialist will manage high-volume intake workflows, improve procurement processes, and assist internal stakeholders with purchasing and contracting activities on a 12-month contract basis. Key responsibilities Manage purchase request intake, ensuring completeness and accuracy while reducing processing delays Support Sales and Marketing teams by facilitating procurement training sessions and addressing routine questions Run monthly reports on purchase orders and collaborate with finance teams during month-end close activities Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in procurement operations, finance, or related fields Hands-on experience with procurement intake and purchasing workflows Familiarity with financial controls, accruals, and budget concepts Experience with Zip or similar procurement platforms is required Strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets for data management
