Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Responsive RecruiterI am seeking an experienced customer service person to join my State Farm Insurance Agency. We are growing and very busy helping customers each day. You will be responsible for answering the phone, policy changes, billing/cancellations, inside sales and managing the office needs. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will answer customer inquiries, coordinate tasks with agency team members, prepare reports and anticipate the needs of the growing Agency. This is an in-office position that could possibly change to partial remote for the right candidate. I look forward to connecting with you if you have your Property & Casualty insurance license and insurance experience. Your customer-focused background and understanding of the industry will enable you to get a quick start in our Agency. You can anticipate internal growth opportunities in this role for especially driven candidates. Although I am looking for a full-time person, I would also consider modified hours for the right candidate.ResponsibilitiesEstablish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
