Rackline Team Lead In Training

Rackline Team Lead In Training Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$ 15.00 / hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:30am to 03:00pm)

Maintain strong attention to detail while performing visual quality inspections on parts throughout the production process
Load parts onto racks in a fast-paced carousel production line, ensuring proper placement and alignment
Unload finished parts into boxes or crates, maintaining accuracy and efficiency
Monitor production flow with parts cycling every 25–45 seconds, meeting production pace requirement

Rackline Team Lead In Training Qualifications:

Strong work history
Reliable transportation
Dependable attendance (show up and be ready to work!)
Desire to learn, grow, and move into leadership
