We're looking for a full-time Assistant Barber Shop Leader in Highlands Ranch, CO to help lead our team, inspire your team, and set the tone for a great shop culture. As an Assistant Shop Leader, you'll start at 45% commission and scale up to 55%! We reward performance weekly, so the more you bring in, the more you take home - simple, fair, and fully in your hands. Our leaders usually take home an average of $75,000-$100,000/year. As a full-time leader, you'll need a flexible schedule that allows you to support the team when they need it most.As an Assistant Barber Shop Leader, you will step into the shop ready to energize the team, support barbers and stylists, and create an unbeatable client experience. You will work closely with the Shop Leader to maintain high standards on cuts, colors, and shaves, and provide ongoing mentorship, helping stylists grow their skills and refine their craft. You will take an active role in recruiting, ensuring the team is stacked with great talent. Behind the scenes, you'll manage inventory, purchase orders, and month-end tasks to keep the shop running smoothly.
