Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT)

Medicare-certified home‑healthcare agency looking for experienced and compassionate Occupational Therapists (OT) to join our teams in multiple locations – Lynn and Boston area. This is a Per Diem position. This position offers flexible hours, visit‑work schedules and an excellent reimbursement package. Clinicians can choose their preferred geographical area to do home‑care visits. Responsibilities Complete initial and ongoing assessments to determine the level of functioning. Prepare clinical and progress notes that are legible, accurate, complete, and submit them in a timely manner according to agency policy. Develop and revise the plan of care in consultation with the physician and other care team members. Evaluate and document the effectiveness and outcomes of care. Qualifications Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Current CPR certification. Valid state driver’s license and reliable car with insurance coverage. Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience, ideally in home health care. Knowledge of state and federal home‑health regulations. Good clinical judgment, strong interpersonal skills, resourceful and compassionate. Benefits Per‑diem position with flexible hours and visit work schedules. Excellent reimbursement package.
