HR / Employee Relations Partner

NC Multi-Site Territory between Asheville, NC to Winston Salem, NC | Hybrid | Full-Time

Are you passionate about employee relations and coaching leaders—not processing payroll or administering benefits?

We're looking for an experienced HR/Employee Relations Partner to serve as a trusted business partner, helping managers navigate employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, and day-to-day HR challenges across multiple locations.

What You'll Do

• Partner with leaders to resolve employee relations issues before they escalate
• Coach managers on performance, documentation, corrective action, and difficult conversations
• Interpret HR policies and ensure consistent application across locations
• Support performance management, talent development, and workforce planning
• Analyze HR trends and recommend proactive people solutions
• Travel throughout a 31-county territory to support leaders where they work

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong employee relations focus
• Experience coaching managers and supporting multiple locations
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to travel up to 75% (including overnight travel) throughout a 31-county territory to support leaders where they work

Preferred: SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR, UKG experience, bilingual Spanish.
