Account Manager

Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Development : Provide direct oversight to a team of three Staffing Consultants. You will handle hiring, onboarding, training, mentoring, and ongoing performance management to keep the team motivated and hitting targets.
- Business Development & Account Growth : Spearhead local market growth by prospecting new clients, networking, and finding solutions-based opportunities to expand our footprint with existing accounts.
- Operational Excellence : Manage branch operational metrics and KPIs to ensure consistency, strict legal compliance, and maximum workflow efficiency.
- Brand Advocacy : Actively network within the local community to generate both candidate and client leads while elevating brand awareness.
- Recruitment Support : Keep your fingers on the pulse of the market by stepping in to support the delivery team with full-cycle recruitment, candidate placement, and retention strategies when needed.
Working hours : 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Qualifications
- Education : Bachelor's Degree required.
- Experience : At least 7 years of progressively responsible office/business experience, which must include proven managerial and team leadership experience.
- Sales & Operations Grit : A track record of success in a fast-paced, high-volume team environment where you successfully balanced sales goals with operational workflows.
- Tech-Savvy : Ability to fully leverage multiple recruitment processes, ATS databases, and technology tools to productively deliver and track results.
- Communication : Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels (from internal staff to C-suite clients).
