COTA - Travel Contract

We‘re hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a great facility. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you’ll help patients regain the skills they need for everyday life. Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Active LA license in hand before starting

• Shift Hours: 8-hour shifts
• Floating: Not required
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks

Location Highlights

Franklin, Louisiana offers access to Cajun culture and Gulf Coast scenery within a hospital-based assignment setting. The city is located along Bayou Teche and sits about 20 miles from Cypremort Point State Park, which provides a beach, fishing, and boating access. Franklin‘s historic downtown features 19th-century architecture and is about 35 miles from Avery Island, home to Jungle Gardens and the TABASCO visitor experience. The area supports a quieter lifestyle with regional access to Lafayette in about 50 miles and Morgan City in about 20 miles for additional dining, shopping, and entertainment.
