FCPC Preschool teachers will help lead developmentally appropriate lessons and activities that encourage a love of learning and healthy physical, social, and emotional development for children.

Positions available:

• PreK Teacher, 1 positions available:
• 5-days per week with 2 extended days
• Potential availability for additional sub, lunch, and afternoon hours.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and implementing age-appropriate lessons and activities.
• Foster a classroom environment of safety and respect.
• Supervise activities in various meeting and play spaces.
• Engage children in an enriching learning environment.
• Keep parents and families updated on their child's activities and progress.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Preschool Director.

Requirements:

• High School diploma/GED.
• Enjoy working with young children.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to work creatively and flexibly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Education, Child Development, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree.
