On-Call Apartment Maintenance Technician

Paylocity, a Lowell apartment community, is seeking a hands-on maintenance worker who is organized, self-motivated, and dependable. Under direction, you will assist with the ongoing maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds, and be available for on-call coverage and overtime, including snow removal. Responsibilities include cleaning vacant units and interiors, turnover, groundskeeping, painting, carpentry repairs, minor appliance work, plumbing repairs, and changing #J-18808-Ljbffr
