Monitor public areas throughout the day and evening to uphold the resort’s cleanliness and luxury presentation standards. Maintain quality control by inspecting accommodations, coordinating corrective measures, and providing ongoing staff training as needed. Lead daily pre‑shift briefings to communicate priorities, updates, and operational goals to the housekeeping team. Maintain continuous communication with other departments to ensure alignment on accommodation readiness and guest satisfaction. Perform cleaning tasks as needed, particularly during low occupancy periods or when staffing levels are reduced. Maintain flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, or as required by the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry. Interact with guests professionally and attentively, responding to requests and providing personalized service as appropriate. Follow and complete daily departmental checklists. Support Housekeeping team functions as directed by management. Supportive Functions and Responsibilities Display Paws Up Montana values and standards.
