Senior Business Analyst (Digital & AI Transformation) Senior Business Analyst (Digital & AI Transformation) Details: Start: August / September 2026 About the project Join a large-scale digital and AI transformation programme for a global FMCG company. You'll become part of an international team delivering modern data-driven solutions that support procurement and sourcing decisions. The programme focuses on improving supplier management, sourcing efficiency, cost forecasting and supply-risk visibility using modern cloud technologies, AI and analytics. You'll work in an Agile environment alongside experienced Project Managers, Solution Architects, Data Engineers, BI specialists and business stakeholders. Your responsibilities Lead business workshops and gather requirements from international stakeholders. Analyse business processes and translate business needs into functional requirements. Create and maintain user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria. Manage and refine the product backlog together with business representatives. Support Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming and other Agile ceremonies. Prepare test scenarios and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Collaborate closely with Data Engineers, Solution Architects and BI teams to deliver AI and data-driven solutions. Support discovery activities, process mapping and data analysis. Maintain project documentation and ensure end-to-end requirements traceability. Must-have Several years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments. Experience delivering digital products, data or analytics solutions. Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Boards, User Stories, Test Plans). Experience working with product backlogs and supporting Product Owner activities. Excellent documentation skills (user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria). Fluent English (C1+) with confidence working directly with international clients. Ability to work independently in fast-changing environments with evolving requirements. Nice to have Experience within FMCG, Procurement, Supply Chain or Manufacturing. Exposure to AI, GenAI or Data Analytics initiatives. Knowledge of Databricks, Power BI or modern cloud data platforms. Experience with e-Sourcing or procurement platforms. Experience coordinating UAT and business testing. Agile certifications (PSPO, PSM, SAFe). International AI & Digital Transformation programme for a global FMCG leader. Long-term project (18+ months).
