Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Cedartown, GA. This role involves working within a supportive environment, focusing on physical therapy evaluation and treatment based on physician orders and referrals.

- Perform physical therapy evaluation and treatment based on physician orders/referrals
- Complete comprehensive evaluations using appropriate assessment tools and procedures
- Review patient records to understand diagnosis, history, and any precautions
- Establish measurable goals and develop treatment plans for patient independence and function
- Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness, patient progress, and modify treatment as necessary
- Communicate patient needs and progress to treatment team, physicians, and family members
- Consult with medical providers regarding patient progress and discharge from treatment
- Recommend and assist in securing special adaptive equipment for patients
- Maintain and submit required documentation in compliance with regulations and standards
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides in patient care activities
- Participate in and conduct staff development programs and obtain required continuing education
- PT License
