About the Role: As a Registered Nurse Staff Development Coordinator at The Mansion at Brigham, you will be responsible for: Developing and implementing education programs to meet the needs of our nursing staff, including in-service training, workshops, and online modules Collaborating with nursing leaders to identify training needs and develop curricula to address those needs Coordinating and conducting orientation programs for new staff members Providing feedback and coaching to staff on performance and development Maintaining accurate records of staff education and training Identifying and reporting trends and gaps in staff knowledge and skill Participating in quality improvement initiatives to ensure continuous learning and improvement Requirements: Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Massachusetts Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field Strong leadership and coordination skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr The Mansion at Brigham
