We're a locally owned, veteran-owned One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning franchise opening two territories in Murray, Sandy and the surrounding area. New shop, national brand, no legacy politics. You'll help set the standard from day one.

Why Techs Are Talking To Us

• Year-round work. Heating in winter, cooling in summer, maintenance memberships in between. No seasonal layoffs.
• Incentives that pay you for doing the job right: service commission, membership and accessory spiffs, replacement lead bonuses. Zero-callback bonus every month you keep it clean.
• Take-home van, phone, tablet, uniforms. Dispatch from home.
• A real promotion ladder. We're growing, and we promote from inside.
• Owner who answers the phone. No corporate layers.
