RN House Supervisor PRN Days

Florida Rehabilitation Hospital at Tampa located at Woodstork and Temple Terrace. Join our team to work in a beautiful new hospital with 60 private patient rooms and 2 rehab therapy gyms with cutting-edge technology. Position Summary Supervises nursing staff, assesses patients needs and provides nursing care for patients. Plans and organizes training for unit staff members, and participates in guidance and educational programs. Pay: Rate of pay is based on years of experience and qualifications. Minimum Qualifications Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is not acceptable. CRRN or written plan to obtain when qualified Desired Qualifications Inpatient rehabilitation experience Previous supervisory experience Knowledge, Skills and Ability Requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
