Position: Store Manager Hourly rate ranges from $22.00 - $22.25 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience. Responsibilities Establish and maintain Guest Services. Oversee and be accountable for the operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability. Control expenses, shrinkage, and manage human resources. Handle all aspects of merchandising and inventory control. Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures. Qualifications & Physical Requirements Minimum age requirement: 21 years old. Prior retail management experience required. Physical demands include more than 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
