Location: Kokomo, IN

Schedule: Full-Time | 35 Hours per Week

Pay Rate: $55-$60 per hour + Full Benefits

Grade Level: Elementary (K-5)

Caseload: ~50 General Education Students

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support elementary students (K-5) in the Kokomo area. This school-based role offers a reasonable caseload, strong team collaboration, and a supportive service delivery model , allowing SLPs to focus on providing high-quality therapy-without excessive paperwork or burnout.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services to elementary students (K-5)

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication disorders including articulation, language, and pragmatic skills

• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with educational teams

Qualifications

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in Indiana

• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract.

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to manage caseload efficiently while providing quality therapy
