Executive Assistant - Global Sales & Corporate IT

Executive Assistant supporting two Vice Presidents in global sales and AI/automation at Thermo Fisher Scientific. This on-site Hillsboro role involves calendar management, travel coordination, and administrative support for senior leadership in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars and schedule for two Vice Presidents across multiple time zones
• Coordinate international travel arrangements, logistics, and visa requirements
• Serve as trusted administrative partner ensuring seamless executive communication and operations
• Handle confidential information with discretion while supporting high-priority strategic initiatives
• Coordinate meetings, events, and special projects from conception through completion

Requirements

• High school diploma plus 5+ years executive administrative experience, or Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years supporting senior leadership
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams)
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize competing demands
• Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
• Experience managing complex international travel, visa requirements, and multi-time zone calendars
• Proficiency with expense management systems and virtual meeting platforms
