Desired Qualifications & Experience: Valid Special Education Teacher certification for Arizona or eligibility to obtain one Experience as a Special Education Teacher in school settings Strong knowledge of IEP development, case management, and differentiated instruction Excellent collaboration and communication skills with students, colleagues, and families Ability to adapt instruction and accommodations to meet diverse student needs Organizational skills to effectively manage caseloads across two sites Key Responsibilities: Provide direct instruction and support to students identified for special education services Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in accordance with state and federal guidelines Work collaboratively with classroom teachers to adapt curriculum and assessments Communicate regularly and effectively with families regarding student progress Employ best practices to track students academic and behavioral growth Serve as an advocate for students individual learning needs Youll enjoy working in a positive, growth-oriented environment dedicated to student achievement.
