Office ManagerWage: $17.35 Per hourLocation: In-OfficeThe Office Manager is responsible for managing company supplies, mail, shipments, greeting guests, etc. This is a fast-paced, quickly changing position and requires an extremely detailed individual who can plan their time appropriately. Must be highly reliable and a driven self-starter.ResponsibilitiesBe responsible for greeting and assisting guestsTrack and supply inventory of office suppliesSort incoming mail and prepare and deliver outgoing mailPrepare miscellaneous shipments as neededManage shirt and anniversary gift orders, including placing, sorting, and distributing ordersSet up, collect, and track office equipmentMiscellaneous large projects without much support from othersManage planning and prepping for holiday events with the teamOther miscellaneous responsibilities that may ariseQualificationsExtremely detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and efficientlyExcellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to prioritize responsibilities accordinglySelf-motivated with desire to improve processes and increase efficiencyMulti-tasking with the ability to manage interruptions and unexpected circumstancesCapable of maintaining resolve and exceeding expectations under pressureProficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google productsProfessional and clear communication, written and verbalExcellent customer service skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsClean driving record (to be on Conservice vehicle insurance)Must be at least 21 years old to be on Conservice vehicle insuranceAble to lift 20-50 lbsPrior administrative experience helpful
