Kneaders Bakery and Cafe (Riverwoods) is currently hiring a Grill Cook morning shift - 6am -2pm. Are you a fast worker able to adapt to different situations? Do you also love fresh food? Responsibilities:Prepare all breakfast orders neatly and 100% accurately while displaying a great sense of urgencyAssist with food preparation neatly, accurately and in a timely mannerDemonstrate a complete understanding of menu itemsExhibit a cheerful and helpful attitudeClean as directed while being certain that all cleaning responsibilities are fulfilledUnderstand and follow proper food, serving food, and clean up proceduresMaintain a professional appearance and grooming standardQualifications:Must be able to work fast and accurately while working with a teamMust be hardworking, self-motivated, dependable, and fun to work withMust be able to work with a sense of urgencyMust be organized and meticulous, with a heart for hospitality and a mind to maintain an atmosphere of positive, anticipatory thinkingAbility to smile throughout shift and have a great attitude when arriving at workMust be an approachable, welcoming, people person who is a team player, and must be teachableUnafraid to ask questions and bring up concerns to management teamSome food/restaurant experience is preferred, but not required Must be able to work during holiday seasonWilling to be flexible with work schedule if neededStarting pay $12.00 per hour.
