Alarm / Telecommunication Technician

Job Description

We are seeking an Alarm/Telecommunication Technician/Installer to become an integral part of our team!

Responsibilities:

Installation communication, camera, burglary, and basic networks.
Troubleshooting problems related to low voltage systems.
Provide training and support to end users.
Investigate customer issues and design appropriate solutions.
Respond to technical support tickets.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in telecommunications, low voltage, security, or and basic computer knowledge.
Familiarity with telecommunications and network equipment.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work on a ladder or other equipment (such as a lift).
Ability to responsibly and safely use power tools.
Clean and verifiable driving record.
