Epic BI Developer

To support a Cogito Cloud migration project, the full-time remote Epic BI Developer will lead the technical execution of data model migrations, validate data integrity, and optimize EMR workflows while mentoring customer teams. Key Responsibilities Lead the migration of the Cogito data model from on-premise to a cloud-hosted environment, including Caboodle and Clarity data structures Validate data integrity and performance benchmarks between legacy and new cloud platforms Design and troubleshoot reports and dashboards using Reporting Workbench, Radar, SlicerDicer, and RW SQL Required Qualifications Active Certification(s): Cogito Data Model, Cogito Tools 5+ years of experience as a BI developer with strong SQL development skills Hands-on experience with Reporting Workbench, Radar, SlicerDicer, and RW SQL Experience migrating Epic Cogito/Caboodle/Clarity environments to a cloud platform (Azure preferred) Familiarity with cloud infrastructure concepts related to cost management and security/compliance for PHI in the cloud
