Technical Support Engineer

Our client, a leader in engineering and technical operations, is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Engineer to join their team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Support Department supporting technical environments and operational teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, technical aptitude, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Technical Support Engineer

Location: Oklahoma City, OK (7725 W Reno Ave Oklahoma City, OK 73127)

Payrate - $20/hr on W2

What's the Job?

• Provide hands-on technical support for engineering systems, workstations, storage devices, and related equipment.

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues.

• Assist with system imaging, software deployments, upgrades, and patch management.

• Support and troubleshoot file systems, storage configurations, and RAID environments.

• Document technical issues, solutions, procedures, and best practices to ensure knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

What's Needed?

• Associate degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on technical experience supporting engineering, IT, or related environments.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
