Are you a Korean-speaking Engineering Graduate looking to join a market-leading business, offering extensive training on CAD software, engineering design, and customer-facing project work, to develop you into a highly-skilled Technical Solutions Engineer?

Do you want to work with blue chip international manufacturers, gaining exposure to global projects whilst building a unique blend of technical engineering and commercial expertise?

This company are a global leader in their field and are experiencing significant growth across North America. They are known for investing heavily in their employees, providing extensive training, clear progression opportunities, and exposure to large-scale international projects.

In this role, you will initially be trained as an Engineer, learning design principles, CAD software, testing processes, and project delivery from industry experts. As your technical capabilities develop, you will transition into a Technical Solutions Engineer position, supporting key customer projects across North America and Mexico, acting as a trusted technical advisor.

This role would suit a Korean-speaking Engineering Graduate looking for specialist training, international exposure, and a clear pathway into senior and management level positions.

The Role:

Receive extensive training on CAD software, engineering design, project delivery, and customer support
Progress into a customer-facing Technical Solutions Engineer position supporting key international accounts
Once fully trained, you will travel approximately 30% across North America, with occasional international travel

The Person:

Engineering degree (Mechanical Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar)
Korean and English language skills
Looking for long-term progression, specialist training, and international career opportunities
