About the Role

Join an early-stage healthtech company building AI-powered automation for complex healthcare operations. As one of the next foundational engineering hires, you'll help design and scale a platform that combines infrastructure, browser agents, and voice automation to solve high-impact challenges for healthcare providers.

What You’ll Do:

• Architect and build core platform infrastructure, data systems, and backend services
• Develop AI-driven browser and voice agent workflows used in production environments
• Partner directly with customers to rapidly iterate on deployed solutions and integrations
• Design evaluation frameworks and tooling to improve agent performance and reliability
• Help shape engineering culture, technical standards, and long-term platform strategy

What You’ll Bring:

• 4–8 years of software engineering experience building production systems
• Strong systems design, backend, infrastructure, or data engineering expertise
• Experience owning critical products, integrations, or large-scale technical initiatives
• Interest in AI systems, automation, and emerging agent technologies
• Collaborative, low-ego approach and enthusiasm for working closely with a small team
