Electrical / Instrumentation (E&I) Maintenance Specialist (Work Control Lockout Specialist) - Integration Management Candidates shall work to support requirements for Technical General Support Services (GSSC) related to NAICS: 541690 - Environmental Consulting Services, NAICS: 541690 - Scientific and Technical Consulting Services - Energy, and NAICS: 591690 - Professional Scientific Technical Consulting Services and U.S. Citizen

Must pass WSRC drug and alcohol screening and have had no previous record of drug or alcohol related convictions.

Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) preferred

Qualifications

The Electrical / Instrumentation (E&I) Maintenance Specialist (Work Control Lockout Specialist) - Integration Management shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years, Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and related tools and technology required for the position. Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. All employees, in the performance of their respective responsibilities, shall conduct themselves in the highest possible standards of ethical and business conduct. The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined.

Three (5) years' experience in Electrical / Instrumentation maintenance, plant

engineering, or nuclear plant operations with a B.S. degree in engineering, or

related physical science; OR

Seven (7) year's experience in Electrical / Instrumentation maintenance, plant

engineering, or nuclear plant operations with an AAS degree in engineering or

related physical science; OR

Ten (10) years' experience with Electrical / Instrumentation maintenance, plant

engineering, or nuclear plant operations and a high school diploma or equivalent Experience in Maintenance supervision/management in DOE Nuclear facility.

Preference would be SRR Facility Knowledge/Experience.

Practical knowledge of nuclear maintenance and operations

Familiarity of the development, review and issuance of work control packages

using technical reference documents to ensure maintenance scope of work is

defined.

Experience in the development of schedules and manpower planning.

Experience in managing facility maintenance resources to ensure work scope

is completed and schedules are met.

Interpersonal skills so as to establish and cultivate positive working

relationships and interfaces with both internal and external customers

Demonstrated knowledge of DOE, SRR, and SRS operating policies, rules,

and regulations preferred.

Experience with Asset Suite, DCR, FileMaker Pro, and Microsoft Office is

required. Full Time: A 40 hour work week is scheduled. SRR utilizes various work

schedules; including 5/8s (8 hours/day; five days per week), 4/10s (10

hours/day; four days per week), and a 9/80s (9 hours/day, five days on

week A and 4 days on week B). Work week excludes SRR holidays. Each

work day has an unpaid 30-minute lunch. OR

Part Time: As defined by Hiring Manager, the position can be part time

position with up to 25 hour work week. Each work day has an unpaid 30-

minute lunch. A security clearance is not required

Excellent oral and written communication skills (This employer participates in the e-Verify program)

Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, & Adobe)

Travel is coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in advance, as allowed, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations.
