CNC Machine Operator – Stone Fabrication

Are you experienced with CNC machines and enjoy hands-on work? We are looking for a CNC Machine Operator to help create high-quality stone products made from granite, quartz, and marble . If you have a strong attention to detail, enjoy working with machines, and take pride in producing quality work, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Operate CNC machines to cut, shape, and polish stone materials.
• Read shop drawings, blueprints, and production orders to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Set up machine tooling and enter the correct machine settings.
• Load and unload stone slabs safely using lifting equipment and team assistance.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Use measuring tools such as tape measures and calipers to verify dimensions.
• Work closely with fabricators, supervisors, and production team members to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Assist with basic CNC program editing when required.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
• Comfortable using measuring tools to ensure accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Basic understanding of CNC controls and machine operation.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to workplace safety.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in stone fabrication, countertop manufacturing, or similar industries.
• CNC experience with stone, wood, or metal materials.
• Knowledge of basic CNC programming or G-code editing.
• Manufacturing, fabrication, or machine operating experience.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the organization.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
