About the Role

The Company is in need of a Dean for its Graduate School, a role that involves providing both strategic and administrative leadership for a newly defined academic unit. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the intentional expansion of the company's impact in graduate education and research, and will be responsible for the creation and oversight of a dedicated graduate division. This is a key position that requires a visionary leader to guide the development and implementation of graduate programs, foster a culture of academic excellence, and ensure the division's alignment with the company's overall mission and goals. Applicants for the Dean of the Graduate School position at the company should have a strong background in graduate education and research, with a proven track record of leadership in an academic setting.
