Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service from initial consultation through the final sale. Assist customers in selecting appliances that best fit their needs, style, and budget. Build lasting relationships with homeowners, builders, designers, and contractors. Meet and exceed individual sales goals. Maintain product knowledge through ongoing manufacturer and company training. Work collaboratively with fellow team members to create an outstanding customer experience. Qualifications Friendly, positive attitude with a strong work ethic. Passion for providing best-in-class customer service. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to succeed. Previous retail or commissioned sales experience preferred. Appliance or home improvement industry experience is a plus but not required. Strong communication, organizational, and basic math skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
