Prosperity Placement Solutions is recruiting a Dental Treatment Coordinator for a modern, established dental practice in Jacksonville, FL. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced dental professional who enjoys helping patients understand their treatment options, coordinating care, and creating an exceptional patient experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience in dental treatment planning, case presentation, patient scheduling, insurance coordination, and working closely with doctors and dental teams to improve treatment acceptance and patient satisfaction.

Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday
  
• 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient treatment plans from consultation through completion
  
• Present dental treatment options and educate patients on recommended procedures
  
• Build strong relationships with patients and provide exceptional customer service
  
• Discuss dental financing options and payment arrangements
  
• Improve treatment acceptance through effective communication and patient education
  
• Provide a positive, professional patient experience throughout the treatment process

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator
  
• Knowledge of dental procedures, treatment planning, and insurance verification
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to explain dental treatment plans clearly and professionally
  
• Experience with dental practice management software preferred
